Position Summary

Customer Service Staff for Logistic is accountable for providing a seamless service that integrate trucking, barge, terminal, rail, or other modes of transport for the complete loop of import, export, or domestic inland operations

Key Responsibilities 

- To receive the booking from customers is BCO, shipping line, freight forwarder, or counter partner
- To coordinate with the operation in planning the resource required to complete the whole loop of transport activities
- To coordinate with transportation on the work planning and progress tracking
- To cooperate with warehouse, terminal, or depot for smooth and efficient operations
- To track and solve or coordinate with operations to solve the issue that arise in the operation
- To ensure each booking/order is completed efficiently
- To update the progress of booking/order for all related party
- To summarize the report and update customer once booking/order complete

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above in Logistics and Supply Chain, Marine, Business Admin, or other fields
- Able to communicate by email in English
- Good command in computer and application skill
- Good interpersonal skill to coordinate various parties to complete the whole loop of job order/booking
